In our committee meeting on Sunday, June 6, these are the issues that we discussed: 1. We are looking for the place for our next annual meeting, most people were not satisfied with the service and their attitude at the Five Star for our meeting in March 2010. Please let us all pay attention for this issue and help locate a better place for our meeting in 2011. 2. Our club needs more volunteers, not only for hiking leaders but also for staffs that can provide their skills and time. Anyone who volunteered once in a year, will be considered to be on our committee panel and will be invited to our committee meeting. 3. For a more efficient reason, the next annual committee meeting, our president Mr. Wong will only meets with committee heads, then each committee head will hold separate meeting with their committee members. Each committee head will decide time and place of the meeting themselves. 4. We have now 102 members for year 2010. 5. Our President introduced Mr. David Wong to our committee panel, he will join force with Ms. Amy Gao to develop web site for Hi-Camp. 6. Registration for each hiking trip either by e-mail or by phone will be decided by the trip leader. 7. We are not going to limit new comers to become a member, regardless how many times they pay for single trip. 8. Up to May 2010, Hi-Camp has a fund total of US$4,000. 9. Each position needs 2 people to cover for each other, in case one cannot be reached at all times. 10. We were discussing about the limitation of person attending each hiking trip, but there were no conclusion. 11. Prospect: We were considering to hold a big event to better introduce our club and attract more people to participate our activities. 12. The club𠏋 annual budget other than ordinary expense, will be placed on enhancing our website service and function. 13. The fuel allowance for the hiking leader will continue, serves as an incentive. 14. All club business related to expenses over $50 need approval from the President and prior to the notification of the Treasury. 15. If needed, worker will be allowed to get data from the data base of our club members. But safety measure will be imposed to ensure security and avoid data theft.
